The Cap Table Dictionary: The Product is the Market Cap: This genius phrase encapsulates what Startup is all about—a bold idea with deep meaning behind it. The Cap Table: This isn’t just a name for our community; it’s a concept that embodies equality. There are no VCs, KOLs, private rounds, or any gatekeeping. The Cap Table is open to anyone who shares our vision and wants to join the team. Angel Investors: Our holders aren’t just supporters—they’re Angel Investors. This term captures our open-door vibe: anyone can join our "company" without needing connections or big money. Now, you can be an early backer with zero barriers. Plus, it’s a cheeky wink at Artificial Intelligence (AI) because our community thrives on smart, innovative tech just like the big players. No Execution Risk: Another well-known phrase of ours. As a Startup with no team, we don’t face the risks that traditional companies encounter, such as team members selling their shares, being canceled, scamming, or failing to deliver on promises. Up and to the Right Technologies: The best tech you could ask for when your product is your market cap. P=MC™: Inspired by the most famous equation in physics, E=MC², we adapted it in our unique style to express Startup’s main phrase in a simple and fun way: the product (P) is the market cap (MC). Perpetual Memetic Flywheel: Traditional companies chase Product-Market Fit. Since we don’t have a traditional product, we’ve revolutionized the concept with a self-sustaining cycle of ideas and community energy. TM: Initially, we used “TM” to claim our signature phrase, “The Product is the Market Cap™”. Over time, it became a greeting, replacing the crypto community’s “GM,” and a badge of membership for Cap Table members (often seen in their tags). FUSS: In traditional finance, you have FAAMG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google). We created our own anti-fundamentals version: FUSS (Fartcoin, Useless, Startup, SPX).
